Стаття присвячена дослідженню процесів територіальної організації сільського населення в умовах післявоєнної відбудови України, яка супроводжується масштабними трансформаціями економічного, соціального та просторового характеру. Автори статті досліджують світовий досвід у сфері територіальної організації сільських регіонів, зокрема його вплив на рівномірний розподіл ресурсів, розвиток локальних економік, збереження культурної спадщини та підвищення якості життя населення. Аналіз сучасних моделей територіальної організації, а також еволюція цих процесів в історичному контексті дозволяє розробити обґрунтовані стратегії для подальшого розвитку сільських регіонів України у повоєнний період.
